About Us
Our services are provided independently through Hope Byus Coaching, LLC. While Paul & Tahirah often serve in ministry through churches and FamilyLife events, they do so as volunteers, not as representatives of those organizations.

Who We Are
Paul and Tahirah (“Tee”) Byus are marriage and life-alignment coaches, faith-centered mentors, and ministry leaders who integrate pastoral care principles with practical change strategies. Their work is devoted to helping individuals and couples pursue emotional health, spiritual resilience, and purpose-driven living.
Together, they co-lead coaching programs through Hope Byus Coaching, where they guide clients through structured pathways toward personal growth and relational transformation. Their flagship initiative, Ever After Marriage, is a coaching and training program designed to strengthen relational unity and emotional wellness. Through educational sessions, structured programs, and immersive 2-day intensive retreats, they equip individuals and couples with actionable skills in communication, conflict resolution, emotional healing, spiritual resilience, and vision building.
Their coaching philosophy is intentionally holistic. Paul and Tee believe that healthier individuals and healthier relationships are deeply interconnected and mutually reinforcing. To support this, they have developed proprietary frameworks—including the Oneness Marriage Action Plan™ (OMAP™), the Life Alignment Program™, and the Life Alignment Momentum Blueprint™ (LAMB™)—which provide structured pathways for emotional regulation, mindset transformation, spiritual alignment, and purpose-driven decision-making.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Catholic University of America and is expected to graduate in May 2026 with a master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling – Life Coaching from Liberty University Online. Tahirah holds a bachelor’s degree in Multicultural Studies from Sonoma State University and a master’s degree in education (curriculum & instruction) from the University of Maryland, College Park.
In addition to their coaching work, Paul and Tee serve as Volunteer Field Ministry Leaders for FamilyLife’s Weekend to Remember® Marriage Getaway, where they support and coordinate volunteer teams both during events and throughout the year.
Paul and Tee met in 2014 and married in 2019. Their shared mission is clear: to help people align their mindset, behavior, and faith so they can pursue God’s purpose with clarity, stability, and hope.
